I & I Survived is the seventh studio album by Bad Brains, released in 2002. It was the band's first album in seven years, following the hiatus after Rise (1993).
The album marked the return of vocalist H.R. after legal and health issues. The recording featured guitarist Dr. Know, bassist Darryl Jenifer, and drummer Mackie Jayson.
Critical reception was mixed; some praised the punk reggae energy, while others noted less polished production. The title references the band's Rastafarian spiritual resilience.
