More B.B. King is the third studio album by blues guitarist and singer B.B. King, released in 1961 on Crown Records. The album compiles recordings made between 1960 and 1961, a period when King was already a well-established figure in the rhythm and blues circuit, though he had not yet achieved mainstream white audience fame.
The album includes covers of blues standards such as "Sweet Sixteen" and "You Know I Love You", as well as original compositions. The production is typical of the era, with a straightforward sound and minimal arrangements, highlighting King's electric guitar and emotive vocals. Crown Records was known for releasing blues and R&B material at budget prices.
Although not a major commercial success at the time, More B.B. King is valued by collectors as a testament to King's style in the early 1960s, before his breakthrough with Live at the Regal (1965). The original cover features King with his guitar Lucille, in an image that would become iconic.
