"What The..." is the seventh studio album by Black Flag, released on August 2, 2013. It was the band's first album in 28 years, since "In My Head" (1985). The lineup included Greg Ginn on guitar, Gregory Moore on drums, and vocalist Ron Reyes, who had appeared on the EP "Jealous Again" (1980).

The album was recorded at SST Records studios in Los Angeles. Production was handled by Greg Ginn, founder and only constant member of the band. The record presented a sound closer to the band's classic hardcore punk, though it received mixed reviews from the music press.

The album cover was designed by artist Raymond Pettibon, Greg Ginn's brother, who had created the covers for Black Flag's early works. The title "What The..." reflects the surprise and skepticism generated by the band's return after nearly three decades of recording inactivity.
