Welcome is the fourth studio album by Santana, released in 1973. Continuing the jazz fusion direction begun on Caravanserai, the album features a mix of original compositions and covers, including an adaptation of John Coltrane's piece 'Welcome' and a collaboration with jazz musician Alice Coltrane.

The album featured a changing lineup, including vocalist Leon Thomas and percussionist Armando Peraza. Although it did not achieve the same commercial success as its predecessors, Welcome was well received by critics for its spiritual and musical ambition, reaching number 25 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Welcome includes standout tracks such as 'Flame-Sky', 'Going Home' (based on the New World Symphony theme by Dvořák), and 'Love, Devotion & Surrender', which later became the title of a collaborative album between Carlos Santana and John McLaughlin. The album reflects the growing influence of Eastern spirituality in Santana's music.
