Looking Forward is the eighth studio album by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, released on October 26, 1999. It was the quartet's first album in nearly eleven years, since 1988's American Dream.
The album was recorded at various studios in California, with production shared among band members and musicians Joe Vitale and Ben Keith. It includes songwriting contributions from all members.
It received mixed reviews but peaked at number 26 on the Billboard 200 chart. The title track was written by Neil Young and originally recorded by him in 1998.
