The album includes versions in Portuguese and English of classic Brazilian songs, as well as original tracks. It features collaborations with artists such as Carlinhos Brown, Alexandre Pires, and the group Só Pra Contrariar.
The album was recorded in Miami and in Brazil. It reached number 1 on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums chart and was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award for Best Portuguese Language Popular Music Album in 2021.
