¡Tré! is the eleventh studio album by Green Day and the third and final installment of the ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, ¡Tré! trilogy. It was released on December 11, 2012. The album is the longest of the trilogy and features a more varied sound, including ballads and orchestral rock.
Like the other albums in the trilogy, it was recorded at Jingletown Studios in Oakland, California, between February and June 2012. Production was handled by Rob Cavallo and the band. The title refers to drummer Tré Cool.
The album received generally positive reviews, highlighting songs like Brutal Love, X-Kid, and The Forgotten. The latter was included in the soundtrack of the film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2. The lead single was The Forgotten, released in November 2012.
