G N' R Lies is the second studio album by Guns N' Roses, released on November 29, 1988. It includes four new acoustic songs and the four tracks from the 1986 EP Live ?!*@ Like a Suicide.
The album reached number two on the Billboard 200 and sold over five million copies in the United States. The song "Patience" was a top 5 hit on the Billboard Hot 100.
The song "One in a Million" sparked controversy for its lyrics considered racist and homophobic. Axl Rose defended the song as a representation of his personal frustration at the time.
