Cosmic Music is a posthumous album by John Coltrane, released in 1968 on Impulse! Records. It was produced under the supervision of Alice Coltrane, the saxophonist's widow, and includes recordings made between 1966 and 1968, some of which were completed or edited after John Coltrane's death in 1967.

The album features a mix of original compositions by John Coltrane and Alice Coltrane, reflecting the spiritual and musical transition both were exploring at the time. Notable musicians include Pharoah Sanders, Rashied Ali, and John Coltrane himself on tenor and soprano saxophones.

Although not conceived as a unified album by John Coltrane, Cosmic Music is considered an important part of his late legacy, showcasing his immersion in free jazz and modal music with spiritual influences. The title track was composed by Alice Coltrane.
