Audio-Visions is the seventh studio album by the American band Kansas, released in September 1980. It was the first album without original violinist and vocalist Robby Steinhardt, who left the group after the tour for its predecessor, 'Monolith'. His departure marked a significant change in the band's sound, which became more oriented towards progressive rock with keyboards and guitars.

The album was recorded at two different studios: Secret Sound Studios in New York and Studio in the Country in Louisiana. Production was handled by the band along with Brad Aaron. Although it did not achieve the commercial success of previous albums like 'Leftoverture' or 'Point of Know Return', it reached number 26 on the Billboard 200 chart and earned a gold record in the United States.

Notable songs include 'Hold On', which became a minor single, and 'Relentless', showcasing the band's instrumental prowess. The album received mixed reviews at the time, but over the years it has been reappraised by fans as a solid work in Kansas's discography, representing a transition in their musical evolution.
