King's Disease III is Nas's fourteenth studio album, released on November 11, 2022. It is the third and final installment of the King's Disease trilogy, again entirely produced by Hit-Boy. The album debuted at number 10 on the Billboard 200, with 34,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.
Unlike its predecessors, King's Disease III features no guest artists, making it a solo album by Nas. Production is handled exclusively by Hit-Boy, with additional contributions from Corbett, Dustin 'Dab' Bowie, Jansport J, Rogét Chahayed, S1, and Swizz Beatz.
King's Disease III received highly positive reviews, with a score of 85 on Metacritic. It was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rap Album in 2023, losing to Kendrick Lamar's Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers. Complex named it one of the best rap albums of 2022.
