The Incredible Solomon Burke was Burke's second studio album, released in 1963 on Apollo Records. It continued his soul-R&B style from his debut, with more polished arrangements.
The album included the single "If You Need Me", which became a hit on the R&B charts. The song was later covered by Wilson Pickett and the Rolling Stones.
Despite its quality, the album did not achieve major commercial impact. However, it solidified Burke's reputation as one of the great vocalists of early soul.
