The Decemberists released their eighth studio album, As It Ever Was, So It Will Be Again, on June 14, 2024. It was produced by Tucker Martine and recorded in Portland, Oregon, between 2023 and 2024. It is the band's first album on their own label, YABB Records, after leaving Capitol.
