Diana Ross & the Supremes Join the Temptations is a collaborative album released on November 8, 1968, by Motown, bringing together The Supremes (led by Diana Ross) and The Temptations. It was the first joint studio album by both groups, although they had already recorded together for the television special TCB in 1968.
The album includes covers of popular songs of the era, such as "Funky Broadway" and "A Place in the Sun", as well as original tracks. The lead single, "I'm Gonna Make You Love Me", became a major hit, reaching number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 1 on the R&B chart.
