Through the Looking Glass is the eleventh studio album by Toto, released on October 21, 2002. It is a covers album, where the band reinterprets songs by artists who influenced their sound, such as Steely Dan, The Beatles, Bob Marley, and Elton John, among others.
The album was recorded at the band's studios in Los Angeles and self-produced. It was the first studio work with drummer Simon Phillips as an official member, and the last with bassist Mike Porcaro before his hiatus due to illness.
Critical reception was mixed; some praised the technical quality of the performances, while others felt the album lacked the cohesion of their original works. Commercially, it had moderate success, reaching number 82 on the German charts.
