Rhythm & Business is the thirteenth studio album by Tower of Power, released in 1997 under Epic Records. It marks the group's return to a major label after several years on independent labels.
The album featured guest musicians such as guitarist Jeff Tamelier and keyboardist Roger Smith, who had previously collaborated with the band. Production was handled by founders Emilio Castillo and Stephen 'Doc' Kupka, along with the group.
Rhythm & Business did not enter the main Billboard charts, but it was well received by the band's followers for its characteristic funk sound. It includes tracks like 'Soul With A Capital S' and 'You're Gonna Need Me'.
