Turn the Page is the twenty-sixth studio album by Waylon Jennings, released in 1985 under the RCA Victor label. The album was produced by Jennings himself and represents a continuation of his characteristic outlaw country sound, albeit with a more polished production than his earlier works.
The album includes notable collaborations, such as the song 'May I Borrow Some Sugar from You', which was co-written by Jennings and his wife Jessi Colter. Although it did not achieve the massive success of his previous albums, 'Turn the Page' managed to reach number 40 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart.
Recording took place at RCA Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, with top session musicians. The album reflects Jennings' artistic maturity, blending reflective ballads with more upbeat tracks, though it did not produce any singles that reached the top 10 on the country charts.
